Terms of service
These terms set out the rules for using Convs. By creating an account you accept them.

The service
Convs (convs.io and the panel at app.convs.io) collects leads and conversions from Meta Instant Forms, Google Sheets and online shops, keeps a simple CRM and delivers events to the Meta Conversions API. It also offers automations (SMS, webhooks, tasks) and a campaign report.
The service is provided by ITWorks Katarzyna Bańcer, ul. Sikorskiego 9a, 02-864 Warsaw, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 1231178164, REGON 145833271.
Account and organisations
You need an account to use the panel. Give true details and keep your password safe.
Within your account you create organisations and invite people with a role: owner, admin, operator or viewer. You are responsible for who you give access to.
Plans and fees
Plans and prices are on the pricing page (/en/pricing). The free plan covers up to 100 leads a month. Paid plan prices exclude VAT. Every feature is on every plan; plans differ by the number of leads and by support.
Fees are charged according to the pricing page.
What you agree to
- You have a legal basis to process the data of people who end up in the panel, and the consents needed to send marketing SMS.
- You follow the terms of the platforms you connect, including Meta and Google.
- You do not send spam and you respect opt-outs (the “Do not SMS” list).
- You do not use the service unlawfully or to harm others.
What we do
We run the service with reasonable care and protect your data: a server in the European Union, encryption of secrets, tokens and submission content (AES-256-GCM), nightly backups. The privacy policy has the details.
We do our best to keep the service available, but we do not promise a specific level of availability. An SLA is offered only on the Custom plan, on terms agreed with the customer.
Campaign results
We do not guarantee campaign results. Sending data to the Meta Conversions API does not mean your campaign will optimise for lead quality. How Meta uses the data depends on Meta and on your campaign settings.
Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account that is used for abuse, such as spam or breaking the law.
You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account, write to kontakt@convs.io.
Changes to these terms
We announce changes to these terms by email 14 days before they take effect.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by Polish law. They do not limit the rights consumers have under the law.
