No. All prices exclude VAT and other sales taxes, which are added according to your company’s country.
Every submission or order received in a month, across all sources together: a Meta form lead, a Google Sheets row, a shop order. Duplicates rejected by deduplication do not count. Neither do stage changes or deliveries to Meta.
You do, directly to your SMS provider (SMSAPI, Twilio or another gateway), at their rates. With smsportal.app messages go out from your own phone and are covered by your mobile plan; smsportal.app has its own plans, including a free one. Convs adds nothing per message.
No. Meta does not charge for receiving events through the Conversions API. You only pay for your ads, as before.
Yes, on every plan. We process your customers’ data, so a DPA is always needed. On the Custom plan we can negotiate its terms.
Nothing stops working and nothing is charged automatically. If you regularly go over, we will get in touch and suggest a plan that fits your volume.
