# Convs > Convs collects leads and conversions from Meta Instant Forms, Google Sheets and Shoper online shops, keeps every person in a simple CRM with stages, owners and tasks, and delivers events and CRM stages to the Meta Conversions API through a durable queue (deduplication, SHA-256 hashing of email and phone, test mode). It adds automations (SMS via SMSAPI/Twilio/HTTP gateway, signed webhooks, tasks), a campaign report joining Meta spend with CRM stages (cost per lead, per qualified lead, per sale) and multi-organisation workspaces for agencies. Sending events to Meta gives Meta the data it needs to optimise; it does not by itself prove optimisation or attribution. ## Product (English) - [Home](https://convs.io/en): overview, how data flows, FAQ - [Pricing](https://convs.io/en/pricing): plans, limits, comparison - [Pricing (markdown)](https://convs.io/pricing.md): machine-readable plans and limits - [Meta Conversions API](https://convs.io/en/features/meta-conversions-api): Leads, sheet rows and orders sent to Meta from a server, without duplicates. - [CRM](https://convs.io/en/features/crm): One person per phone or email, full history, stages, owner and tasks. - [Automations](https://convs.io/en/features/automations): SMS to new leads, tasks and webhooks, with sending hours and an opt-out list. - [Campaign reporting](https://convs.io/en/features/campaign-reporting): Meta spend joined with CRM stages: cost per lead, per qualified lead and per sale. - [For agencies](https://convs.io/en/features/agencies): A separate workspace per client, roles, an all-clients overview and job queues. - [Security and privacy](https://convs.io/en/features/security): Encryption, hashing, roles, retention and self-hosting. ## Produkt (polski) - [Strona główna](https://convs.io) - [Cennik](https://convs.io/cennik) - [Meta Conversions API](https://convs.io/funkcje/meta-conversions-api): Leady, wiersze arkusza i zamówienia wysyłane do Meta z serwera, bez duplikatów. - [Kartoteka klientów](https://convs.io/funkcje/kartoteka-klientow): Jedna osoba na telefon lub e-mail, pełna historia, etapy, opiekun i zadania. - [Automatyzacje](https://convs.io/funkcje/automatyzacje): SMS do nowego leada, zadania i webhooki, z godzinami wysyłki i listą wykluczeń. - [Raport kampanii](https://convs.io/funkcje/kampanie): Wydatki z Meta połączone z etapami: koszt leada, zakwalifikowanego leada i sprzedaży. - [Dla agencji](https://convs.io/funkcje/dla-agencji): Osobna przestrzeń dla każdego klienta, role, widok wszystkich kampanii i kolejki zadań. - [Bezpieczeństwo i RODO](https://convs.io/funkcje/bezpieczenstwo): Szyfrowanie, hashowanie, role, okres przechowywania i instalacja na własnym serwerze. ## Key facts - Sources: Meta Instant Forms (polled every 5 minutes, optional Page webhook, manual import of the last 7/30/90 days), Google Sheets (synced every minute), Shoper orders (trusted server ingest plus a consent-gated browser collector). - CRM stages New, Contacted, Qualified, Sold, Rejected map to Meta CRM events Lead, Contacted, QualifiedLead, ConvertedLead, DisqualifiedLead (mapping editable). - Automations send SMS only between 08:00 and 20:00 in the organisation time zone, at most 500 per day, and always skip numbers on the "Do not SMS" list. - Data retention for people is configurable from 6 to 120 months (default 24).
